Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga

from chapter five of The Dawn Horse Testament Of The Ruchira Avatar

Therefore, My Devotee Must Be Responsible For The Principal Faculties Of the body-mind — In every moment, and Under all circumstances. Instead Of Wandering In the maze of thoughts, Give Me The Faculty Of mind — Which Is Epitomized By, and As, attention (itself). Instead Of Being Tossed About By the waves of emotions, Give Me The Faculty Of emotion — Which Is Epitomized By, and As, feeling (itself). Instead Of Seeking bodily pleasure and Avoiding bodily pain, Turn (or Face) the body Toward My Bodily (Human) Form, and (Altogether) Give Me the body — Through Full Feeling-Intention, Enacted Through Constant Devotional Service To Me. The Faculties Of mind (or attention), emotion (or feeling), and body Are Connected To One Another Via the breath — and, Thus, The Gesture Of Surrender To Me Must Also Be Done Via the breath. Therefore, Altogether, In The Right and True Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, mind (or attention), emotion (or feeling), and body Are Given Over To Me, and breathed In Heart-Communion With Me. All Those Mechanisms That You Would (Otherwise) Allow To Be Preoccupied With the conditions of egoic life (or With conditionality altogether) Must Be Turned To Me.

Avatar Adi Da Samraj

Avatar Adi Da Samraj
The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam . . . Is The Devotional (and, In Due Course, Progressively Spiritual) Relationship To Me. The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam Is Not Merely A System Of self-Applied Techniques, or ego-Centric Practices — To Be Learned From Me and Then Applied To Yourself, Independent Of Me. The Entire Life Of My Devotee Must Be Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, or The Always present-time Devotional Yoga Of Direct (and Directly and Immediately ego-Transcending) Relationship To Me.

The Principal Exercise Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is (moment to moment) Turning Of The Principal Faculties (Of body, emotion, mind, and breath) To Me. Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is The Foundation Of The Practice Of The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam From The Very Beginning, When You First Become My Student-Beginner Devotee.

In The Midst Of daily living, and Under all its various circumstances, There Are Demands On the body, Demands On emotion, Demands On mind, and Demands On the breath. The conditions Of Existence Make Changes In All Of The Principal Faculties, moment by moment. I Call My Devotee To Make Divine Yoga (or Freedom-"Bonding") Out Of each moment — By Using body, emotion, mind, and breath In ego-Surrendering Devotional Feeling-Contemplation Of Me. All The Mechanisms That Would (Otherwise) Automatically Conform To the conditions of egoic life (or To conditionality altogether) Must Be Turned To Me. Through That Turning, My Devotee Becomes "Yoked" (or Freedom-"Bonded") To Me.

The Faculties Of mind (or attention), emotion (or feeling), and body Are Connected To One Another Via the breath—and, Thus, The Gesture Of Surrender To Me Must Also Be Done Via the breath.

The Usual "Method" Of the ego, and (Therefore) Of ordinary people, Is To Become Involved In what arises (whatever that May Be In any particular circumstance) — Either By Indulging In what arises Or By Avoiding what arises Or By (Otherwise) Attempting To Manipulate what arises. Such Strategic Effort In Relation To what arises Is Not The Yoga Of The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam, but It Is Merely The Effort Of the Separate (and Separative) self To Struggle With itself. Even To Strategically Manipulate the Separate (and Separative) self (itself), In Order To Surrender the Separate (and Separative) self, Is Nothing but An (Inevitably Fruitless) Effort Of the Separate (and Separative) self To Struggle With itself. Thus, The Secret Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga (and, Therefore, Of The Entire Way Of Adidam) Is Not To Struggle With the content that Is arising In and As the body-mind, but Merely To Turn The Principal Faculties Of the body-mind To Me.

It Is Always (In any moment) Possible To Turn The Four Fundamental Faculties Of the body-mind To Me — Because (In and Of Themselves) These Faculties Stand Prior To Their "objects" (or Apparent contents), and They Are (Therefore) Never (Themselves) Bound To The egoic "Program" Of the moment. The mind May Be thinking Constantly — but The Faculty Of attention (itself) Has No "object" or Quality, and (Therefore) It Can, Itself, Always Be Turned To Me. There May Be Reactive emotions arising — but The Faculty Of feeling Is Not (Itself) Qualified By any such "objects", and (Therefore) It Can, Itself, Always Be Turned To Me. The Condition Of the body May, At any moment, Be Disturbance, or Dis-ease, or Lack Of Well-Being, In One or Another Respect (or Function, or Organ) — but The Faculty Of the body (or the functional body itself, In Total, or As A Whole) Can, Itself, Always Be Turned To Me. The Cycle Of the breath May Be Affected By forms of mind, Reactive emotions, and bodily states — but The Faculty Of the breath Is Not (Itself) Identical To the ever-changing contents of the body-mind, and (Therefore) It Can, Itself, Always Be Turned To Me.

I Have Summarized The Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga (or The Turning Of The Faculties Of the body-mind To Me) In A Great Admonition To All My Devotees: "Always Invoke Me, Feel Me, Breathe Me, and Serve Me." To Invoke Me Is To Surrender The Faculty Of mind To Me, At Its Root (Which Is attention). To Feel Me Is To Surrender The Faculty Of emotion To Me, At Its Root (Which Is feeling). To Breathe Me Is To Commune With Me Via The Cycles Of the breath. To Serve Me Is To Constantly Turn To Me Via Every Action Of the body, and In (and By Means Of) The By-Me-Given functional, practical, relational, and Cultural Disciplines.

From The Beginning Of Your Practice Of The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam (As My Student-Beginner Devotee), The Responsible To-Me-Turning Exercise Of Your Devotion To Me Is The Core Of Your Practice. Everything Else Is A Support — Including The Fundamental Responsive Practices Of The "Conscious Process" (Engaged In The Manner Of Either The Devotional Way Of Insight Or The Devotional Way Of Faith) and "Conductivity". From The Beginning Of Student-Beginner Practice, The Foundation Of My Devotee's Practice Is Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga — and It Is Only On The Basis Of That Foundationary Practice That My Devotee Engages The Responsive Practices Of The "Conscious Process" and "Conductivity". . . .

When things arise in mind — Instead Of Struggling With them, Trying To Get Rid Of them, Trying To Surrender them — Simply Give Me Your attention (or The Core Of Your mind). Do Not Try To Get Rid Of the content, or Try To Surrender the content To Me, or Try To Surrender the content In Order To Get To Me. Simply Turn attention itself To Me. No Effort Is Required. You Need Not Struggle With the mind-forms. In Your Simple Turning To Me, You Disregard what is arising in mind. You Turn attention To Me, and Forget About mind. You Do Not Try To Make Something Happen In the mind, Nor Do You Try To Surrender the mind By Surrendering its content To Me. You Surrender The Function Of mind By Turning Your attention To Me.

The Feeling-Response (or Heart-Response) To Me Is The Core Of The Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga. To Feel Me Is To Turn To Me With Full Heart-Feeling. When You Feel Me Thus, You Are Necessarily Entering Into ego-Surrendering, ego-Forgetting, and (Always More and More) ego-Transcending Devotional (and, As The Case May Be, Spiritual) Heart-Communion With Me.

When something arises emotionally (a Reactive emotion of one kind or another, or an emotional Concern, or an emotion In Relation To anything conditional) — Instead Of Trying To Open and Relax and Release the reactive emotion In Order To Feel Me (or Struggling With Yourself For Whatever Reason) — Direct (or Merely and Simply Turn) The Function Of emotion To Me. The Core Of The Function Of emotion Is Simply feeling. Therefore, Feel To Me. Give Me Your Feeling-attention. Direct (or Merely and Simply Turn) attention (or The Root Of mind) and feeling (or The Root Of emotion) To Me.

Similarly, Remember Me With every breath, Invoke Me With every breath, and Commune With Me With every breath. This Does Not Mean That You Should (Necessarily) Technically Engage every inhalation and every exhalation. My Admonition To "Breathe Me" Must Be Fulfilled Artfully, In Such A Way That, Even Though You Are Not, As A Technical Practice, Engaging every breath — Nevertheless, Effectively, every breath Is Communion With Me.

Likewise, You Must Conform the body To Me In The Midst Of whatever is arising physically. You Must Always Direct Yourself bodily To Me. Whatever Functions You Are Performing In any moment of functional activity, You Should (Merely and Simply) Turn Your Feeling-attention To Me. Always Direct (or Merely and Simply Turn) the body To Serving Me. Direct the body To Be The Servant, Rather Than Make it The Object Of Your Concern. And, In The Relatively Inactive Context Of Sitting To Meditate On Me, The Admonition To Serve Me Is Fulfilled By, Simply, physically (bodily) Facing My Avatarically-Born Bodily (Human) Divine Form, Via My Murti.

Taken All Together, The Four Principal Faculties Of the body-mind Account For All human Functions.

Because The Four Principal Faculties Are Senior (or Always Prior) To Their content, Each Of The Four Principal Faculties Of the body-mind Is Always Available Either To Be Reactively Turned To Its Own Apparent content Or To Be Devotionally Turned To Me. Therefore, Truly, There Are No moments when The Me-Beholding Turning Of the Separate (and Separative) self To Me Is More Difficult Than In other moments — Unless My Devotee Turns To (and Identifies With) the Apparent content of the Separate (and Separative) body-mind-self. If My Devotee Is Simply Remembering Me (and Invoking Me, and, Thus and Thereby, Whole bodily, or As A psycho-physical Totality, Communing With Me), In Disposition, and Intention, and Action — Then The Yoga Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Is Direct and (Inherently) Easy (or Free Of Struggle With Separate and Separative self).

My Devotee Who Is Rightly, Truly, Fully, and Fully Devotionally Practicing The Yoga Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Does Not, In Any Sense, Strategically Use (or Seek With, or Struggle With) the Separate (and Separative) self. Rather, My Devotee Who Is Rightly, Truly, Fully, and Fully Devotionally Practicing The Yoga Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Makes the Separate (and Separative) self (itself) Obsolete, By Not Using it (or, That Is To Say, By Allowing the Total body-mind, Via its Four Principal Faculties, To Simply Turn To Me, and To Whole bodily Heart-Respond To Me ) — Until (In Due Course), Through Ecstatic Absorption In (and, Ultimately, Perfect Self-Identification With, and, Most Ultimately, Divine Self-Realization Of) Me, the Separate (and Separative) self Utterly Vanishes In Me.

Therefore, Always Turn To Me bodily. Always Turn To Me In Your feeling. Always Turn Your attention To Me. Always Turn To Me By Breathing Me (More and More, Allowing Your body-mind To Be "Breathed", and "Lived", By Me). Always Turn All Of The Faculties Of the body-mind To Me.

To Turn To Me With Each and All Of The Faculties Of the body-mind Is Not self-Contraction (or The Avoidance Of Relationship), but (Rather) It Is The Counter-egoic (and Inherently ego-Forgetting) Practice Of Me-Consciousness (or Devotional Communion With Me).

Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Not The Yielding Of The Functions Of the body-mind To The Idea That I Am Your Divine Heart-Master. There Is Nothing Vague About This Practice. Direct Your Feeling-attention To Me — To My Avatarically-Born Bodily (Human) Divine Form. In Fact, A Fundamental Part Of The Technical Practice Of This Devotional (and, In Due Course, Spiritual) Yoga Is To Recollect My Bodily (Human) Divine Form. In The Communion Hall and In Various Other Sacred Places Of The Way Of Adidam, My Murti-Form Is Displayed For This Purpose. On The Mala You Wear, You Carry A Photograph Of Me, So That You Can Glance At My Bodily (Human) Divine Form. You Can Recollect My Bodily (Human) Divine Form In mind. You Can Practice Name-Invocation Of Me. As My Beginning Devotee, You Can Assist The Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Through self-Enquiry or Ruchira Avatara Naama Japa.

Fundamentally, However, Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is The Directing (or Mere and Simple Turning) Of The Faculties Of the body-mind To Me — and Not Struggling With the contents Of Those Faculties and Only "Trying" To Direct them To Me, or "Trying" To Get Rid Of them In An ego-Effort Of Surrender Toward Me. Rather, Yield The Functions Of the body-mind To Me At Their Root. Yield Their Leading Characteristic.

Simply Turn Your attention To Me, Turn To Me In Your feeling, Turn Yourself To Me bodily Through Service, Turn Yourself To Me Via The Natural Cycles Of the breath — and Disregard the contents of the body-mind. Do Not Keep Checking Back On them To See If they Are Changing! In Your Real Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, You Forget the contents. You Do Not Use them. You Do Not Build Upon them. You Make Them Obsolete By Not Using them. In This Manner, Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Purifies You By Making the contents of the body-mind Obsolete, Through Non-Use. The Process In My Company Is Not An Effort On Your Part To Do Something To the contents of the body-mind, or To Try Not To Use them. It Is Simply Your Turning To Me — Turning Your Feeling-attention To Me, Turning Yourself Altogether To Me, Contemplatively. That Is Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga.

Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is The Practice Of Directing (or Merely and Simply Turning) All Four Of The Principal Faculties — mind (or attention), emotion (or feeling), body, and breath — To Me, Instead Of Addressing (or "Reading The Signs", and Then Struggling With) the contents (or patterns of conditioning) that arise in the body-mind. Of Course, In The Context Of This Constant Devotional Communion With Me, There Is The Random Natural Observation Of "Signs" Of the body-mind In The Midst Of its activities — but They Are Merely To Be Noticed, and Not Dwelt Upon. They Are To Be Noticed, and Then Confessed In The Company Of others who Can Reflect To You Something About Your "Signs". Then Use My Instruction, Come To A Conclusion About What Further Discipline You Should Introduce Into Your Living, and Continue Your ego-Transcending Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga.

The "Programs" Of egoic Habit Do Not Persist Unless You Give Them Your life-energy and attention. If You Give Your life-energy and attention To Me (Instead), Then All Your egoic "Programs" Will, Ultimately, Become Obsolete and (Literally) Vanish. That Is The Divine Truth and The Divine Law.

You Reinforce (or Become) Whatever You Put Your attention On (or To). Therefore, If You Make Me The Object Of Your attention, all the other "things" of attention (which Have No Permanence) Will Dissolve.

Any moment In which You Fall Back On the mere patterning or contents Of The Faculties Is a moment In which You Are Not Doing The Practice I Have Given You. In that moment, You Have Dropped The Practice, You Have Lapsed From It — and, Therefore, You Must Re-Initiate It, You Must Re-Associate The Faculties With Me. This Is The Tapas Of The Sadhana Of The Way Of Adidam — This Constant Re-Submitting Of The Four Principal Faculties (or the Total body-mind) To Be Turned To Me, In The Process Of Devotional (and, In Due Course, Spiritual) Communion With Me.

The Surrender Of The Four Principal Faculties Is Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Only If That Surrender Is Engaged As Your Heart-Response To Me, In Heart-Recognition Of Me. If The Surrender Of The Four Principal Faculties Is Engaged As Any Kind Of self-Manipulative Strategy or Technique (Not Moved By Heart-Recognition Of Me), Then That Presumed "Surrender" Is Not The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Yoga Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti.

Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Not A Matter Of You (As ego-"I") Surrendering The Four Principal Faculties To Me. Rather, Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is A Matter Of Allowing The Four Principal Faculties To Follow You To Me. When You Heart-Recognize (or Feelingly "Locate") Me, The Four Principal Faculties Follow, In Heart-Response To Me — and, Indeed, the total body-mind Follows, In Heart-Response To Me, Devotionally Heart-Surrendered To Me. Such Is The Unique Characteristic Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga.

If You Do Not Heart-Recognize (or Feelingly "Locate") Me and (Whole bodily) Heart-Respond To Me, Then Your Presumed "Surrender" Is Merely An Effort To Punch A Hole Through Your Hard Ball (Of ego-"I") and Reshape It Into An "Open Cup", or To Dismember Your Clenched Fist (Of self-Contraction) and Have It Surgically Restored As An "Open Hand". Such Is Not The Great Process Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga. The Great Process Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Must Be "From The Inside Out", I Say.

If You Heart-Recognize (or Feelingly "Locate") Me, Then The Four Principal Faculties (Of attention, feeling, body, and breath) Follow, In Whole bodily (or Total psycho-physical) Heart-Response To Me — Not Because You Move Those Faculties, but Because You Are Those Faculties. In Truth, You Cannot Surrender The Faculties To Me (As If The Faculties Were Separate From You, or Objective To You) — Because You Are The Faculties. Therefore, The Faculties Are Truly Responsively Surrendered To Me Only If You Heart-Recognize (or Truly Feelingly "Locate") Me. It Is Only In That Case That You Are Surrendered To Me — Because You Are The Faculties.

Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga (or Devotionally Me-Recognizing and Devotionally To-Me-Responding Surrender Of All Four Principal Faculties Of the body-mind To Me) Is Whole bodily Prayer. Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Not Merely Prayer Engaged Via attention, or Via feeling, or Via the body, or Via the breath. Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Not Merely Prayer Engaged Via Any Single Faculty. Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Prayer Engaged Via All Of The Four Principal Faculties — Simultaneously, and In A Comprehensive (or Inclusive and Total) psycho-physical Recognition-Response To Me. And, Because All The Principal Faculties Of the body-mind Are (Thus) Made Into The Total Event Of Yogic Prayer, Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Not Merely The Prayer Of Requests — Uttered By the mind, and To The Presumed Divine "Other", and For The Sake Of the egoic body-mind (or the Separated, and Compartmented, ego-"I").

Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Total Prayer. Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is The ego-Transcending Devotional Prayer Of Divine Communion. Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is The Yogic Process Of Divine Samadhi — The Prayerful Devotional Process Of Directly ego-Transcending, and (Always) mind-Transcending, and (Always) Total-body-mind-Surrendering Yogic Communion With Me.

Therefore, Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga (or Whole bodily Prayer, or Heart-Responsive Heart-Recognition Of Me) Is Not, Itself, An Exercise Of the verbal (or conceptual) mind. Rather, The Total psycho-physical Exercise Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Always Requires An Exercise Of attention — which Is The Root and Epitome Of the thinking-activity of the conceptual mind. And, By Always Exercising attention, itself — In Total psycho-physical Recognition-Response To Me — the activity, and the (Always) body-mind-contracting contents, of the verbal (or conceptual, or thinking) mind Are Constantly (and Directly) Transcended. Thus, Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga (or The Total psycho-physical Yogic Process Of Heart-Responsive Heart-Recognition Of Me — Which Process Is The Whole bodily Prayer Of Divine Communion) Is Heart-Communion With Me Without any Associated concept (or Play Of mind).

If (In any moment) You Are Attentive To the Chronic thinking mind, You Are Not (In that moment) In Heart-Communion With Me. Attention (itself) Is Merely The Root-Form Of ego-"I". The Chronic thinking mind Is the egoic pattern of attention. The Chronic thinking mind Is the ego-"I"— the Merely self-Reflecting pastimes Of "Narcissus". The Chronic thinking mind Is Made By the body's own self-Contraction. The Chronic thinking mind Is Mere Reactive self-Contraction. The Chronic thinking mind arises From A Non-conceptual emotional-physical State Of Doubt. The Chronic thinking mind Is Mere and self-Reflecting Talk — Empty Of Devotional Surrender To Me. The Chronic thinking mind Is The Non-Surrender Of attention To Me. The Chronic thinking mind Is Non-Recognition Of Me.

Attention To the Chronic thinking mind Is Merely The Exercise Of The ego-Knot Of self-Contraction. Attention To the Chronic flow of thoughts Is Inattention To Me — and Non-Communion With Me. Only Totall psycho-physical attention To Me Is True Surrender To Me — Feeling Beyond thought (and Feeling Beyond attention itself) To My Avatarically-Born Bodily (Human) Divine Form (and, Thus and Thereby, Into The Infinite Space Of My Divine Spiritual Body and My Eternal Divine State). Only Total psycho-physical Recognition-Response To Me Feels Beyond self-Contraction (and all thought), Into ego-Forgetting and ego-Transcending Whole bodily Heart-Communion With Me.

When The Four Principal Faculties Go To Me (In Devotionally Me-Recognizing, or Feelingly Me-"Locating", Heart-Response), all psycho-physical self-Contraction Is Released (Like The Spontaneous Opening-Out Of A Hand) — and thought, and emotional Reaction, and Heart-Cramped breath, and bodily self-Consciousness All Unfold and Relax Into My "Bright" Love-Bliss-Form. Such Is The Enstatic Ecstasy (or In-Me-Standing Stand, Outside Of self-Contraction) That Is The Essence Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga, In Every Moment Of True Sadhana In The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam.

I Am Not Within "You". I Am Outside "You".

I Am Not Within The ego-Knot. I Am Outside The ego-Knot.

If You Truly Heart-Recognize (or Feelingly "Locate") Me, Then (moment to moment) You Totally psycho-physically Respond To Me (From The Heart, With All Four Principal Faculties) — and You Let Me In. If You Do Not Truly Heart-Recognize (or Feelingly "Locate") Me, Then (moment to moment) You Contract From Me (At The Heart, With All Four Principal Faculties) — and You Do Not Let Me In. If You Do Not Let Me In, I Remain Outside The ego-Knot Of "You".

The ego-"I" Is Not (and Cannot Be) My Devotee. There Is No Such Thing As egoic Devotion To Me. There Is Either ego Or Devotion To Me. There Is Either self-Contraction Or Devotion To Me.

Therefore, The True Fulfillment Of The Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Always A Matter Of My Divinely Self-Giving Avataric Grace and My Graceful Avatarically Given Divine Self-Revelation. I Offer To each and To all The Gift Of The Possibility Of This Devotional (and, Ultimately, Most Perfectly Liberating) Relationship With Me. Devotion To Me Is Inherently Love-Bliss-Full. To Remember Yourself Is Not Bliss. To Remember Yourself Is Stress and Struggle. To Always Remember To Merely Turn To Me — and, As An Inevitable Consequence, To Forget Yourself — Is To Live In My Love-Bliss-Happiness.

True Devotion To Me (or The Right, True, Full, and Fully Devotional Practice Of Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga) Is The Only Happiness, and The Only Freedom From The Steel-Hard Mechanical and Chemical Bondage Of Suffering In Which You Are (Otherwise) Investing Yourself.

Therefore, Invoke Me, Feel Me, Breathe Me, and Serve Me. Make No "Room" For any "thing" Else. That Is What It Is To Be My True Devotee.

Thus, I Call All My Formally Acknowledged Devotees To Always (In every moment) Turn All Of The Principal Faculties Of the body-mind To Me, Rather Than To The ego-Act Of self-Contraction. Give Me That Devotion (Right, True, and Full), and You Will See Me Shining In My "Bright" Simplicity here.

My Avatarically-Born and Divinely "Bright" Bodily (Human) Form, and My Avatarically Self-Transmitted (and Omni-Present, and here-Descending) Divine Spiritual Presence, and My Divine (Inherently egoless and Non-Separate) State Of Person Are (As One) The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam (Which Is The Way Of The Heart, Itself). I Must Give My Avataric Word Of Divine Heart-Instruction, For The Sake Of all-and-All, but The Divine Way Itself Is Simply Me — The One and Only and "Bright" Divine Person, Who Is Non-Separateness Itself, Avatarically Appearing here Before You, Without any limitations whatsoever.

The Always present-time Circumstance Of Right, True, Full, and Fully Devotional Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Darshan (or Remembering, and, If and When Possible, Direct physical Sighting) Of My Avatarically Self-Revealed and Divinely "Bright" Bodily (Human) Form, and Darshan (or Heart-"Locating") Of My Avatarically Self-Revealed and Divinely "Bright" (and All-and-all-Surrounding and All-and-all-Pervading) Divine Spiritual Body, and Darshan (or Heart-Beholding, and Heart-Realizing) Of My Avatarically Self-Revealed and Self-Evidently Divine Person (The Inherently egoless Divine Self-Condition and Source-Condition Of all-and-All).

Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga Is Worship Of Me, The "Bright" Itself, In Person (As My Avatarically-Born Bodily Human Divine Form, My Avatarically Self-Transmitted Spiritual, and Always Blessing, Divine Presence, and My Avatarically Self-Revealed, and Very, and Transcendental, and Perfectly Subjective, and Inherently Spiritual, and Inherently egoless, and Inherently Perfect, and Self-Evidently Divine State).

Therefore, From The Beginning Of Your Practice Of The Only-By-Me Revealed and Given Way Of Adidam . . . , Always (Formally) Practice Ruchira Avatara Bhakti Yoga (Rightly, Truly, and Fully Devotionally), and Be (Thereby) Always Whole bodily Turned To Me.
